Keeping up the joy

The free flower cabinet started in 2019 ended up being prescient for a pandemic growing season. This cabinet was pivotal to several contact-free projects over the season including plant giveaways, seed distributions and of course the give-away of flower bunches. It was an honor to spread some joy in my neighborhood through this simple cabinet in 2020. This season 375 flower bouquets were shared with passersby using plants from my garden.  Annual flowers were mixed in with other perennials, natives, herbs and even veggies and fruits with the hope to bring a smile to a neighbor and encourage curiosity of the plant world.  Find @Little.Free.Florist on Instagram for full season’s glory & plant updates
